Seniors Helping Seniors of North and East Raleigh has been an active member of the Senior Information Networking Group- Wake Forest (SING-WF) since July 2016. We were part of the inaugural graduating class in October 2016 to be certified as a Dementia Friendly business, and an exhibitor at the Dementia Education Seminars and related events ever since. Now I am excited to increase my role in serving the seniors of the Wake Forest area by my appointment as a board member of this wonderful organization.

The SING mission is to provide a comprehensive resource for volunteers, non-profit and for-profit Senior-Focused organizations while positively impacting the quality of life of our senior population through education, public awareness, and advocacy. Some examples of the tremendous work SING has done include the dementia education series, dementia friendly business program, and ScamJam event.
